far from the usual image of Normandy’s flat plains.
Limestone cliffs, deep valleys, winding rivers and dense forests form a unique setting shaped by the Orne River and its tributaries.

Whether taking off from the Parcs cliffs or the heights of Saint-Omer, Suisse Normande offers paragliders varied launch sites and

An ideal flying site with two take-offs
Along the Route des Crêtes, the South take-off works with southerly or southwesterly winds, while the West take-off is perfect for westerly or southwesterly conditions. Both spots offer easy access, on-site parking, and stunning views over the Orne Valley, the Rochers de la Houle and the Pain de Sucre.Do I need someone to pick me up?
No worries you won’t end up walking back! Landings are either at the bottom or right back at the take-off, depending on the conditions. And if needed, we’ll arrange a shuttle for you. Just enjoy the flight we’ll take care of everything else!

Led by professional instructors, these courses teach the fundamentals of flying in a safe and supportive environment.
